I think if you like Sam regular, you will very much enjoy this beer. It tastes like a slightly richer, more high end version of a staple we all know and love.
How it looks: Dark for an Oktober, a little darker than Sam Adams regular. Cloudy when held up to the light.
How it tastes: Has a nice hop flavor which reminds me of Sam regular, but also has this buttery flavor. The aftertaste is a lot smoother, you don't taste any alcohol in this beer.
Berkshire is a Boston-metro brewery. This 22oz bottle was $4.59 at my liquor store. (Gordon's in Waltham on Main St.)
